Yes! ProviderTrust allows you to add screen shots to all licenses, certifications, and documents within the system.
To add a screenshot, follow these steps:
1) Upon signing in to Passport, click the 'Providers' Tab
2) Search for and click 'View' to the left of the Provider.
3) Click 'Edit' (under the 'Passport' tab) on the license, certification, or document you wish to add a screenshot.
4) Select 'Choose File' under 'Documentation File' and select the file you wish to upload.
5) Click 'Save'!
6) Click 'Back' to upload a different screenshot. You have the ability to add up to 2 screenshots.
