In the Cautions/ Expires tab, you have the option to sort by the amount of time the license has until expiration, and the status of the license (among other options).
Below are the steps on how to export the licenses, based on how you sort them, into a XLSX or PDF spreadsheet:
1) Sign in to Passport
2) Go to the Cautions/Expires Tab
3) Under Status choose either 'Missing', 'Expiring', or 'Expired' to narrow your search.
(You can also narrow time frame search results by clicking 'Expires Within')
4) Click search!
5) Once the appropriate items have come up, hit Export at the bottom of the page. You will have the option to export as either a .XLSX or PDF which will begin downloading. You also have the option to schedule the report to come to your inbox on specified days of the week.
