ProviderTrust is now better than ever! As of April 9, 2018, you'll enjoy a new way to manage alerts within the Passport software. In response to customer feedback, these powerful features will make it easier to personalize your monitoring efforts. You'll be able to sort, organize, and review alerts based on your preferred needs.
When you log in to Passport, your dashboard will look the same as you’ve grown accustomed, with one slight change. Previously, your monitoring spotlight reflected numbers based on how many people have alerts. Now, this will reflect the total number of outstanding alerts. This does not affect your ProviderTrust score in any way - but we do hope this update equips your team with better visibility.
Clicking the stoplight will lead you to our Monitor tab, where alerts are now grouped by person. You’ll notice, there are now two status columns titled Result Status and Progress Status.
Result Status is what you are already familiar with. This is the color that reflects the urgency that ProviderTrust recommends for each alert.
The progress status is new, and a completely customizable field. Previously you may have manually changed a red alert to green in order to acknowledge the issue as resolved. Now, you can change the progress status of a red alert to “in-progress”, “under review” or “resolved”. How you label these statuses is entirely a business decision for your team.
ProviderTrust has created a standard selection of status drop-down options to get you started. To customize these options, please contact your ProviderTrust client success team.
We also have a new severity filter - making it easy to filter to specific alerts. This label allows users to review specific license alerts with just a click. For example, you can sort by exclusions, sanctions, or individual license alerts like revoked, suspended or expired licenses.
Finally, if any license information requires updating, you can now make these edits within "Edit Client Provided License Data" banner. Expanding the banner allows you to update the license information rather than having to navigate to another page.
