Provider Monitor Summary now includes Progress Status !

Within the Provider Tab’s Monitor Section, we have an overall summary section that previously only listed the color result status for each type of monitor category like exclusions, sanctions, and licenses. We have upgraded this section to include a column to indicate the client’s progress status in addition to the color result status to tell the full picture.  It will now be easy to distinguish a Red status that is in a Resolved Progress Status from a Red status that Needs Review which can have very different meanings for your organization.
