Important: This article covers advanced system admin topics that can significantly affect the level of monitoring services or license requirements previously configured for your organization. Users who are following the steps in this article to add a new job title to a discipline must reference their existing requirements by discipline.

For many of our clients, it's common that file errors occur when you add a new job title that's not already configured in Passport.
To add the new job title, you can either upload a discipline mapping file or add the job title to your disciplines in Passport.
If you have a Corporate dashboard, you must first go to a Facility Dashboard to access the Integration mappings under the Integration tab.
From the Integration Mapping page, toggle over to the Discipline Tab for a complete list of all mapped and unmapped job titles.
If you recently experienced Passport skipping rows on your file due to a new job title in the Discipline 1 column, begin by toggling to the Incomplete mappings to review any new titles.
Important: You may only have a discipline code mapped once so always begin by looking under the Incomplete Mappings.
From here, you can review any new discipline codes that were submitted on the file that were not previously mapped in Passport. Facility Code refers to the code that was submitted on your organization's provider file. Begin by clicking Edit to add the appropriate discipline to the new code.
Find the ProviderTrust discipline that you wish to map the new job code to.
For most clients, you will leave Facility selected to All unless you have requirements specific to certain facilities. If you're unsure, please ask support@providertrust.com.
Finally, press Save.
Important: The discipline you choose will dictate what type of monitoring your provider receives as well as what credentials are required for their job (if using a requirement policy or license verification). If you are unsure which discipline to choose, please reach out to support@providertrust.com so support can advise which one to choose.
Once you've mapped all your new job titles in the Incomplete Mappings list, you are free to re-upload your provider file.
