- Provider Tab Export - The Provider Tab continues to get upgrades as we add a new Provider Tab Export to the page. Now, in addition to sorting and filtering your provider population, you can export the basics to view offline. We’re starting with a perspective that focuses on people and the licenses they hold in this export. You’ll see all the familiar basics like Name, Last 4 SSN (for users with that permission), and job information, combined with the license information and expiration date forecast. As we get more user feedback over the next few months, we’ll continue to iterate on all these recent report upgrades.
- Upgrade Caution/Expires Tab Export Selector - The export selector for the Cautions/Expires Tab is moving to its next iteration to allow for multiple file types to be selected when exporting. In the near future, we’ll begin to add even more options to that drop down like the ability to schedule an email of this information to your inbox. Stay tuned through the end of the year!
Update Navigation to Settings Page - The old My Account Page was accessible in the top right-hand corner through the drop down under your name. We’ve now moved this into an easier to access Settings Tab in the main blue navigation bar. To start with your basic user settings will move there such as resetting your password and setting a preferred time zone. Higher level assignments of units, facilities, and regions that you can access are still managed by supervisors designated by your organization. This change is to increase visibility into how to review and update those settings for your personal account. Stay tuned through the end of the year as we unveil some additional settings linked to email permissions!
Upgrade Support Widget - We are moving the Support button for easy access from the left-hand side of the page to the bottom right-hand corner. It has smart fill technology when you’re signed in and will pre-populate the information like name and email from your user account. This upgrade also sets the stage for us to be able to support live chat functionality coming shortly. For now, you can have an even simpler, and streamlined experience when you want to contact the support team directly.
