Expanding to New Populations
- We’ve built a new Beta Feature, configurable by client, enabling you to be able to upload and monitor providers in Passport without requiring a Social Security Number! In this exciting new functionality, a client can use a new Provider File format and settings to assign a Unique Identifier to your providers, in a similar way to how we have traditionally used SSN to determine uniqueness between two John Smiths. That Unique ID, will join the rest of the provider information like name, job title, and address. Those providers will be able to enter into our exclusion monitoring and license verification services and receive the same high-quality alerts and verifications you’ve come to depend on. We also are opening up a new field to send a provider’s NPI in this new file format! If your organization has a population outside of Passport that you’d like to fold into your existing Passport system and dashboards, please let us know so we can get you into our Beta Testing Client Group today!
We Squash Bugs
- We resolved an intermittent issue where the system was deadlocking during a Provider File upload updating discipline information. These file failures were rare and intermittent, yet inconvenient for our clients. We have resolved this issue so that each submission going forward is smooth.
- We resolved a filtering issue in the Provider Tab when narrowing down by license or certification type. Results were returning any provider who has or had a license or certification the user was filtering by. This sometimes produced confusing results. This has been resolved and it will only produce results now for providers with that credential in their record currently.
