Report Updates: The Historical Monitored Providers Report and Single Provider Compliance Report got a date format update to improve usability! In the past, we reported the current facility/unit start date, which was sometimes far more recent than the full length of their tenure within the application. Going forward, we’ve updated the report to account for more and more clients transferring providers across facilities within Passport and still wanting to report on the full length of their tenure in the system.
The reported start and end dates will now reflect the providers' initial start date and last end date within Passport regardless of what facility or unit they are currently in.
Unit File Improvements: We’ve added a new version of the Unit Upload file to allow an option to delete units in bulk by file when needed. This update will not halt any current versions of the Unit Upload file that is currently in use but simply provide a new alternative version with an additional column to indicate deletions. This file is designed to give clients additional flexibility when they are wanting to clean up and redesign the layout of their Passport system. You can only delete a unit once all providers are removed from that unit.

BUG FIX- We resolved a bug in the Corporate Dashboards that was preventing the Order By drop down from ordering results properly. Now the functionality is working as expected and users can use the drop down to order facilities and nodes by the most red or yellow alerts, overall score highest or lowest, and most missing items.
BUG FIX - We’ve updated a small visual bug on the View Configurator Page that toggles between the two different Corporate Dashboard settings. We’ve updated that look and feel for the user to easily utilize the correct setting for their organization.
BUG FIX - Several pages in Passport allow the end user to set and save preferences for which columns are visible and displaying information. We resolved a bug that was not saving those preferences from session to another. Now you can go in to set those preferences, and they will stay consistent on your next login. There is a small gear icon on the far right of the Providers Tab, Cautions/Expires Tab, and Monitor Tab with these customizable settings. Read more about customizing your headers here: How to Customize Visible Fields in Providers, Cautions, Monitor Tabs
We’ve updated the Integration Tab with some new functionality for bulk action like bulk deleting and bulk exporting results. License and Certification Types and Issuers, along with Disciplines and Specialty mappings can now multi-selected in order to create exports or to delete in bulk. Simply use the familiar bulk selector to the right of each mapping to select some or all of a page or list, then use the selector in the bottom right to export or delete your selection. This is using familiar settings that we’ve built out over the years in other tabs such as the Provider Tab.
