- We have shifted the Help Link to a more prominent location in the upper right-hand corner. Previously it lived in this corner but was only visible after first clicking on your username, which is not obvious for a user who doesn’t know where to go. We want to make it easier and simpler for users to get help when they need it.
- Remove Sample File Templates from Integration Tab to our Help Center. This transition allows for client to access file directions in addition to the templates in one place.
- Improve email validation via file and email in Passport so that it is more consistent - Passport was referencing different databases of valid email domains when adding an email through a file versus through the UI. This is a minor element, but unnecessarily confusing. We greatly streamlined the validation so that almost every aspect of Passport is now on the same system. We still have a small group of outliers, but we significantly streamlined in this step.
- Update default Logo on Passport Welcome Email from ProviderTrust to Passport - This was more of a branding issue, where the Passport Welcome Email was still displaying an older ProviderTrust logo from the early years of ProviderTrust. This email can be customized, including the logo on behalf of a client, but the default is now updated to the correctly formatted Passport logo.
