Continued Improvements in Email Validation
In the past few releases, we’ve been steadily improving the consistency and accuracy of email validation in Passport. Earlier this month, we improved email validation on incoming Provider Files and on User Accounts. This next iteration involved email validation inside the provider profile of Passport, which our developers worked hard to solve! Now, when entering an email manually to a provider’s profile, we can (and will) accurately validate both the format and accuracy of the email domain within the User Interface.
Updated Ordering on Monitor Record Notes
In the past, Passport ordered the history of user notes on a particular alert in descending order (oldest note at the top, newest note at the bottom.) Thanks to your feedback, we realized how confusing this can be, especially for an alert that has so many notes that they are wrapping to a second page. Moving forward, notes will appear in ascending order, so you can access the most recent note first and foremost. We hope this improves the efficiency and ease of your team's workflow all around.
