Integration Mapping Export - We Squash Bugs!
A handful of users have helped us identify a Passport "quirk" when trying to alphabetize and export large lists of integration mappings. Thanks to our development superheroes, the bug has been squashed, and users can confidently expect higher accuracy across all mapping types.
Scheduled Emails now support Single Sign-On (SSO) Clients
Previously, when SSO users received a scheduled email to log in to Passport, they weren't being navigated to the correct SSO login page. Now, the custom hostname that SSO clients use is configured in the "Login" button so that all users are navigated to their correct login page.
Monitoring End Date Discrepancy - 00/00/0000
Some clients using Paycom have experienced intermittent issues with certain Providers' "Monitoring End Dates." Instead of the intended empty value for an active employee, the file was being received with the value 00/00/0000 -- which Passport interpreted as a past date, thereby removing the provider. Moving forward, if a file is received with all zeros in the "Monitoring End Date" column, Passport will fail the file for invalid dates. This should mitigate the risk of error and unintended provider removal.
Credential File Processing Improvement
Recently, a client submitted an invalid Credential File that included a long string of excel code. This confused Passport for a bit, resulting in processing challenges and few back-end (what we lovingly refer to as) "hiccups." For a better future experience, we have updated the system to anticipate this kind of file input, identify it, and fail the file with a clear error message. Clearer messaging and better support is always our goal at ProviderTrust, and this "hiccup" was just another opportunity to improve -- so thank you!
