Upgrades to the User Management Report
We’ve been hard at work improving the value of our User Management Report. You’ll find this report in the Dashboard sub-navigation when you select “Facility Users”--it is intended to help managers easily maintain oversight of their team members using the Passport system. In the previous report, we included name, email address, username, and permissions.
In the new report, you will notice a few new columns: last login time, last logout time, and if that login was successful.
We’re cleaning up our language
We heard that communication is the most important part of any relationship’s health. So in an effort to communicate better with you and our own team, you may notice some small changes in language over the next few months. The first of these is in this user report. Previously, we used the words “Network” and “Organization” to mean the same thing. Now, you will see us shifting to “Organization” in every place that used to say “Network,” including the column of this report.
