The Discipline Mapping Data File is designed for a bulk addition of discipline mappings directly into Passport. This file allows a client to use their input data like job code, job title, payroll code, etc, and map that to the standard ProviderTrust Discipline which defines the level of monitoring and any credential requirements unique to your roles. This file can be especially helpful if you have a large number of discipline mappings or change mappings frequently.
Discipline Mapping Data File Specifications
Column | Description |
Organization ID | Required: This numerical ID is assigned by Passport and identifies the specific organization the facility will be added to. Contact Client Care Support for assistance with your organization ID (Ex. 30665) |
Facility Integration ID |
Optional: Client-specified input identifier for each facility if mapping should ONLY apply to one facility or a discrete listing of facilities. If the discipline mapping should be applied for ALL facilities, leave this field blank. The default is to apply to all facilities. Listing one facility ID will apply the mapping to one facility. Separate single facility mappings should be specified on separate rows. If a non-mapped title needs to be deleted, please include "non mapped" in the Facility Integration ID column and leave the Discipline Code column blank. |
Facility Code | Required: This is the client-specified job code, job title, or other code used for the input field data. This field will also be used on the Provider File for provider addition |
Discipline Code | Optional**: ProviderTrust has several hundred discrete discipline codes corresponding to different job assignments. The client should work with their Client Success Rep on the corresponding license/certification requirements we should trigger for each discipline code.
(Ex. DIS-0015 or DIS-0021)
**If the Discipline Code is not specified, then the requested action is understood to be a removal of the mapping. |
