How To: Customize Visible Fields in Providers, Cautions, Monitor Tabs

Users can customize the displayed fields and columns in the Providers, Cautions, and Monitor tabs and save these preferences for future logins.

• Providers, Cautions, and Monitor Tabs: Click the respective tab, then the gear icon on the right. Check or uncheck fields in the popup window to show or hide columns in the table.
• Exporting Monitor Alerts: Click Export Selection at the bottom right to download a file of all alerts based on applied filters. Note: all fields, not just visible ones, are included in the export.

A) Providers Tab:

1. Click on the Providers tab
2. This will bring up the provider's table with all your providers
3. Look to the right side of the screen
4. You will see a gear icon, click on that icon
5. This will bring up a window with all the fields you can check to add corresponding columns to the providers' table
6. Checked fields will show up on the table, unchecked will not

B) Cautions Tab:

1. Click on the Cautions tab
2. Look to the right side of the screen
3. You will see a gear icon, click on that icon
4. This will bring up a window with all the fields you can check to add corresponding columns to the Cautions table
5. Checked fields will show up on the table, unchecked will not

C) Monitor Tab:

1. Click on the Monitor tab
2. This will bring up all monitor alerts in Passport
3. Look to the right side of the screen
4. You will see gear icon, click on that icon
5. This will bring up a window with all the fields you can check to add corresponding columns to the Monitor Alerts table
6. Checked fields will show up on the table, unchecked will not

D) Export Selection:

1. To export your monitor alerts, you will click on "Export Selection" in the bottom right corner
2. This will begin downloading a file of all current monitor alerts in the passport system, depending on your filter parameters 
3. NOTE: all the fields will be added to the report, not just the selected
4. Below you can see the report matching the same columns as in the monitor alert table, specifically Company User and Department ID
