Below are the instructions on where to find your Facility ID number:
1. Sign in to Passport
2. Click on the 'Integration' tab in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll down and click 'Integration/Integration Mappings'
4. The ID number can be found under the "Facility ID" column (see picture below)
Note: Every facility will have a Facility ID created by Passport as well as a "ProviderTrust Code" which represents your chosen integration id to use on any integration file.
