All user accounts will be set up directly from your organization's Passport administrator. If you are unsure of your username to login, 99% of our clients use their email address as their unique login name.
As Passport contains sensitive personal identifying information, Client Care Support cannot set up user accounts without prior authorization from administrators at your organization.
If you forget your password, don't hesitate to use the forgotten password link on the login page which will allow you to enter your username and/or your email address.
It will automatically send an email to your inbox allowing you to reset your password and login. Please contact support with any questions.
