Overview:
Exciting news! You can now view terminated provider history, including monitoring history with screenshots of past verifications. This enhancement gives you greater visibility into your data, empowering you to manage your population more easily. With access to past license verifications with screenshots, your audits will be more efficient than ever.
What’s New?
- Provider Status Filter: A new search field that allows you to filter providers by status.
- Start Date & End Date Columns: These provide clear visibility into a provider’s monitoring start and end dates.
- Historical Monitoring Data Access: View historical monitoring and past verification screenshots for terminated providers.
Note:
All screenshots are sample data from our testing environment.
How to View Terminated Provider Population:
1. Log in to Passport.
2. Click the Providers tab.
3. To the right of Monitor Status there is a new search field, Provider Status. It is automatically filtered to Active Providers.
4. To view Terminated Providers, click the dropdown.
6. Select Terminated and click the Search button.
7. All terminated providers will populate.
Please Note:
There are 2 new column headers: Start Date and End Date.
To customize your view, you can hide the Start Date and End Date columns by clicking the gear icon and unchecking the boxes.
How to View Terminated Provider Record:
1. To view a provider's record, click the View button.
2. To view monitoring history, click the Monitor tab.
3. Click the View History button under the License Verification Records section to view the past verification screenshots.
