The following article covers how to update a facility name within Passport. You can also update a facility name using a facility file (Create Facility Data File).
To update a facility name within Passport, you must first be on the facility dashboard that you wish to update. If you have a corporate dashboard, begin by toggling to the selected facility.
Once you land on that facility dashboard, hover over Dashboard on the menu bar and click Facility Profile
Once you land on the Facility Profile page, you can update information associated with this particular facility including the Name, address, city, state.
Important note: If you have license requirements, the state will affect the issuer for your missing credentials.
ProviderTrust Code refers to the code used on your Provider File if you need to change this code, you would also update it on this page.
At the bottom, you are able to review any existing units and by clicking edit you can update their name, ProviderTrust code, or state if different from the facility state.
