Manual Method
If you receive a monitor alert about a license that is no longer required or needs updated information, you can easily edit or delete the license directly from the monitor alert selection.
Follow this path:
Login to Passport > Monitor > "View" for the associated license alert > "Edit Client Provided License Data" > or Delete
You can also edit or delete a credential from the Provider's Tab.
Sign in to Passport, from your Dashboard > Providers > Search for Provider > "View" > Passport
To Edit an existing credential, click on the "Edit" which will allow you to make any updates to the credential information. Press "Save" once complete.
To remove the credential entirely, click "Edit" > Delete for the credential you wish to remove. Before deletion, it will prompt a confirmation page.
If primary source verified, the historical verifications will still be accessible using the Historical License Verification Report.
File Method
Clients can make changes or remove a credential by using a file method. This file is usually connected to their internal HRIS system, such as ADP, WorkDay, Lawson, etc. If you want to update or delete credentials using a file, you may need assistance from your internal IT team.
To update a credential, simply modify the information in your HRIS system or directly in the CSV file. Once the file is submitted successfully into Passport, the license information will be updated.
To delete a credential, enter the word 'delete' in the License Delete 1 column of the file. Please note that the word 'delete' must be in lowercase. You can find more details about the credential file specifications by visiting this link.
