Summary: Client Administrators with the appropriate access privileges can now directly download the Full Credential Report, Full Provider File Report, and Population Comparison Report. These reports contain sensitive information and are used in supporting audits, roster reviews, and the identification of duplicates. Access is contingent upon your Social Security Number (SSN), date of birth (DOB), and facility permissions. If the Client Admin Reports section is not visible, please contact your Passport administrator or ProviderTrust Support for assistance.
We are pleased to announce that Client Administrators with the requisite access can now securely download key reports directly within Passport. These enhancements eliminate the need to contact client care for these reports, thereby saving time and mitigating risk.
What’s New?
Client Administrators can now download key reports containing SSNs and other sensitive information directly from the Reports page in Passport.
Previously, even if you had access to sensitive data, you were required to request these reports through ProviderTrust Support. That process has now been automated, enhancing speed, security, and ease of access.

- To identify the provider, copy the Unique ID and reference it in the Full Provider File Report, which contains complete provider information.
